Gold Filled care: it is safe to get your gold-filled jewelry wet, but make sure to avoid pools and salt water while wearing them. Can be washed with water and patted dry.

Sterling Silver care: it is safe to get your sterling silver wet, although environmental elements may cause tarnish, you can clean it off with dish soap or a polishing cloth.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items. 

We will not be able to refund, reimburse or resend items that are lost or stolen in the mail.
